How does the proof verification work?
Every campaign must provide a valid proof link (GitHub repo, YouTube demo, website, etc.) that demonstrates the project exists. Our team manually reviews each proof link before approving campaigns.
What payment methods are supported?
We support UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular digital wallets like Paytm, PhonePe, and Google Pay through our secure payment gateway.
When do I receive the funds?
Funds are released after your campaign successfully reaches its goal and the campaign period ends. A processing fee is deducted from the total amount raised as per our terms of service.
What happens if my campaign doesn't reach its goal?
CrowdLaunch India follows an "all-or-nothing" model. If your campaign doesn't reach its funding goal, all backers are refunded and you don't receive any funds.
Can I edit my campaign after it's live?
You can post updates and add new reward tiers, but core campaign details like the funding goal cannot be changed once the campaign is live.
How long can my campaign run?
Campaigns can run for up to 60 days. You set the end date when creating your campaign, and it cannot be extended once set.
