By accessing and using CrowdLaunch India ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. About CrowdLaunch India

CrowdLaunch India is a crowdfunding platform designed to help Indian entrepreneurs, creators, and innovators raise funds for their projects. We are a Make in India initiative, proudly operated from Hyderabad, India.

3. Eligibility

To use our platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws

4. Campaign Guidelines

Campaign creators must ensure their projects:

• Are legal and comply with Indian regulations
• Do not promote harmful, offensive, or discriminatory content
• Have realistic and achievable funding goals
• Provide accurate project descriptions and timelines
• Deliver promised rewards to backers as described

5. Platform Fees

CrowdLaunch India charges a 5% platform fee on successfully funded campaigns. This fee helps us maintain and improve our services. Payment processing fees may apply separately.

6. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account information
• All activities that occur under their account
• Ensuring their content does not violate any laws or rights
• Communicating honestly and transparently with backers

7. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their campaign content but grant CrowdLaunch India a license to display, distribute, and promote their campaigns on our platform and marketing materials.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our data collection and usage practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable Indian data protection laws.

9. Funding and Payments

Campaigns use an all-or-nothing funding model. If a campaign doesn't reach its goal by the deadline, backers are not charged. Successful campaigns receive funding minus platform fees.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from use of the platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian law. The venue for arbitration shall be Hyderabad, India.

11. Limitation of Liability

CrowdLaunch India acts as a platform facilitating connections between creators and backers. We are not responsible for the success or failure of campaigns, delivery of rewards, or disputes between users.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Users may close their accounts at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
